Absolutely. He's on the Rays 40-man, will start the year at AAA, and he's a lefty with good minor league stats. Now, will it be with the Rays? Will it be as a starter or reliever? Can't see him in the Rays rotation (barring injury(ies), but the bullpen, yes. Or another teams rotation.
