The Rays have removed RHP Jason Isringhausen from the Montgomery Biscuits roster today and sent him to the Durham Bulls. Isringhausen, on a major league rehab assignment, made four relief appearances for the Biscuits, allowing one run on two hits over four innings. He walked four while striking out three. Each of his four appearances lasted one inning.
Isringhausen did not count against the Biscuits Southern League roster allotment and his departure keeps the Biscuits with the maximum of 24 active players and one (John Matulia, elbow) on the disabled list.
