The Charlotte Stone Crabs were 2-4 on the week and were swept for the first time in franchise history by the division leading Fort Myers Miracle. The highlight of the week was Matt Fields hitting three home runs during a double header on 5/27 with two of them in the same game, he was the first Stone Crab player in franchise history to hit multiple home runs in a game.

when is the all star announced?
ReplyDeleteI am not sure when the FSL releases the all-star roster. I would imagine it wouldn't be much longer since the game is 3 weeks away. It will be interesting to see who gets the vote.
ReplyDeleteMy guesses are Cipriano, Fields, Downs and Gorgen. But that is just an opinion, not based on anything official.
