Marc Lancaster is reporting that the Rays will call up LHSP David Price from the Durham Bulls to start Monday's game against the Cleveland Indians: It won’t be official for a couple more days, but David Price is likely to take Scott Kazmir’s spot in the Rays’ rotation Monday in Cleveland.
Price is slated to start for Durham tomorrow, but that won’t happen. The big lefty is 1-4 with a 3.93 ERA in eight starts for the Bulls and has been working under strict pitch counts all season.
