RHRP Chad Bradford has been assigned to the Charlotte Stone Crabs on a rehab assignment from the Tampa Bay Rays. In his first action of the season following right elbow surgery, he came on to pitch a scoreless inning of relief yesterday for the Stone Crabs. He's been on the Rays 15-day disabled list since March 27th.RHP Ricardo Montilla, 21, has been assigned to the Venezuelan Summer League Rays.
