RHP Heath Rollins activated from Hudson Valley (Short-A) roster, LHP Brandon Mann transferred to Hudson Valley (Short-A) roster [24 + 1].
Rollins is activated in time to make his scheduled start tonight against the Suns. The Biscuits continue with the Southern League maximum of 24 active players. One player (Jason Perry) is currently on the Disabled List.
