RHP Jason Cromer has been assigned to the Hudson Valley Renegades from the Durham Bulls.
I am assuming this is just a paper move to clear room on the roster (for Jeremy Hellickson to start tonight) until they need him again in Durham. He pitched six innings on Tuesday.
