Minor Moves: Swilley
The Rays have assigned RHP
Matt Swilley
to the Gulf Coast League Rays. The 18 year-old was the Rays 21st round pick in the June draft. In his professional debut yesterday he threw a scoreless inning in relief, allowing only one hit.
