According to the milb.com box score, Mitch Talbot is on the hill for the GCL Rays in game one of today's doubleheader. Talbot last pitched May 27th for the Durham Bulls.
UPDATE: Talbot threw two scoreless innings, striking out five and allowing one baserunner(a double).
