Minor Moves: Medlock, DeSalvo, Albernaz

Pitchers Calvin Medlock and Matt DeSalvo have been assigned to the Hudson Valley Renegades from the Durham Bulls.

Catcher Craig Albernaz has been assigned to the Durham Bulls from the Hudson Valley Renegades.

    Hm.. Why does Durham need a third catcher behind Jaso/Riggans?

    riggans seems to be snake bitten this year. he injuryed his oblique muscle. could take awhile to feel better

    Agree KG, odd. The "sending down" of the pitchers is just a way to keep to the roster limit. After a guy starts, he's "sent" to HV and the other starter at HV is "called up" for his start. But Albernaz, who was sent down 8/1 or 8/2, makes less sense, unless there is an injury, or something else is brewing...
