Stacy Long's Top 30 Prospects

Montgomery Biscuits beat writer Stacy Long has posted his top 30 prospects over at his place. Just three quick thoughts from me: I'm surprised Aneury Rodriguez is so high, but he really did rebound after a very weak first half. He'll probably be back at Montgomery in 2010 but he could turn some heads. Also, I'm sure it's close, but he lists Jeremy Hellickson over Wade Davis. You really can't go wrong with either; Davis had some major-league success while Hellickson was dominant all year between two levels of the minors. And lastly, three of my personal favorites, Shawn O'Malley, Alex Cobb, and Jason McEachern, are ranked 17, 18, and 21 respectively. O'Malley and Cobb will each play for the Biscuits in 2010.
