Not really, he's basically filler now. He's behind Matt Joyce, Desmond Jennings, and Fernando Perez(plus Crawford and Upton obviously) on the depth chart. If the Rays want a cheap fifth outfielder, Ruggiano could fill that role if no one else is around.
