The Rays have signed free agent IF Chris De La Cruz to a minor league deal. The 27 year old Dominican has played in the Indians and Mets organizations. In eight minor league seasons he has played 431 games at SS, 149 at 2B, and 66 at 3B. Looks to be AA/AAA depth.
