The Game: For the second night in a row, the Montgomery Biscuits and Mobile Bears needed extra innings to determine a winner. After thirteen innings, the Biscuits fell to the Bay Bears 9-4 at Riverwalk Stadium.
The Biscuits took the lead right at the start, posting a run in the first inning. Shawn O'Malley singled to short followed by a walk to Emeel Salem. Matt Fields drove O'Malley home with a single to right to give the Biscuits a 1-0 lead.

Mobile added two more runs an inning later. Evan Frey singled to right to lead off the inning. Colin Cowgill followed with a double to give them two runners in scoring position. Sean Coughlin drove home both runs with a single to first aided by an errant throw giving Mobile a 4-1 lead.
The Biscuits began a comeback in the sixth inning. Greg Sexton reached on error to lead off the inning. Jose Lobaton later reached on another error, moving Sexton to third. Strait stole second to move into scoring position. Cody Cipriano drove home the runners with a single to left to pull the Biscuits to within a run of the lead 4-3.
The Biscuits tied the game in the eighth inning. Matt Fields delivered a solo home run to tie the game and force extra innings.
