according to drays, Joyce was called up, Navi was sent down.
ReplyDeleteSaw that later. Is the move just because of too many catchers on the Rays roster or is Crawford hurt enough for the DL?
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping he is up because of to many catchers. I dont believe any word has been released on Crawford. Hope its not serious.drays doesnt seem to know either, they are all just happy because he is up.
ReplyDeleteHope Crawford is ok. Of the options, trade - re-sign - let go as free agent, "hurt" is by far the worst.
ReplyDeleteMaddon said CC is unlikely to go tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteSuarez pitched today in the GCL.
ReplyDeleteI saw that, the info came from the Hot Rods so who knows. Makes sense that he'd make a few more GCL appearances before facing Midwest League hitters. Another good outing for Suarez, 3.0 shutout innings, NO hits, a walk and 2 strikeouts. Rays beat the Orioles 5-1.
