Rays Draft History and WAR - Part 2

In Part 2 lets take a look at how the Rays fare against the rest of the AL East in total accumulated WAR by draft picks from 1996 to 2009. The same caveats about WAR and my methodology apply here as in Part 1.

In light of the number of great young (drafted) players the Rays already have at the major league level and the strength of the farm system, I think they will move up in the rankings over the next few years.
