The Princeton Rays wrapped up the week with a 4-3 record. They improved to 6-7 on the season and are two game back from first. This week the P-Rays began the first of many series in the annual Mercer Cup competition, an annual competition between the Rays and the Bluefield Orioles. The Orioles currently hold a one game lead with several more meetings left this season. The week ahead hold some tough matchups for the Rays in which they face the leaders of both divisions, Burlington and Elizabethton.
