Parker Markel Signs

The Rays have signed their 39th round pick in the June draft, RHP Parker Markel out of Yavapai JC in Arizona:
Freshman pitcher Parker Markel has signed a professional contract with the Tampa Bay Rays. Markel will report to the rookie league in Florida on Friday.
He is the 29th of the Rays 53 picks to sign.

    Kendall was almost a must sign. He has a ton of ability.
