The Charlotte Stone Crabs advanced to the Florida State League Championship Series for the second consecutive year. They defeated the Bradenton Marauders 2-1 to advance to the finals. The 2010 Championship will be a repeat of last year’s league finals as the Stone Crabs look to reverse last year’s fate against the Tampa Yankees. This year the season series is tied 4-4 with each club winning two at home and two on the road. The Stone Crabs and Yankees met last year in the finals with the Yankees winning the series 3-2.
