Guess that you're trying to put up a complete picture here, but Bartlett, Jaso, Baldelli, and Joyce stats don't really tell you anything about the Bulls this year. But suppose that's a problem throughout the system.
ReplyDeleteInteresting that so few "top prospects" were at either Montgomery or Durham this year.
Yeah. I tried different ways of filtering it last season, but none really worked well. If you use the min at-bats or innings pitched by MiLB, too much talent gets missed. Think of the midseason promotions, they do not get enough at bats at the higher level to quality and then they lose the status at the lower level due to the promotion. So using no filters was the best way to get a more in depth look at the club. With that decision, I expanded the list from top 5 to top 10 to accomodate a few of the rehab players that took spots away from out regular MiLB stars.
