Game Pictures from 3/19: Stone Crabs vs Keys

Click on the photo below for pictures from today's spring training game between the Stone Crabs and the Keys (Orioles) at Charlotte Sports Complex. The three photos at the end of Betts-Robinson, Hubbard and Johnson were from the bullpen and Hot Rods game as we were walking back to the truck. Enjoy.

  1. Patterson got lit up early for the Rays, gave up a couple HR in the first and wasn't fooling anybody.

In the other game Justin(?) Hall got the start and threw well, and O'Connor threw the one baserunner out trying to steal out by ten feet. "O" also had a nice slap single to RF on a two strike breaking pitch, looked much beter than the previous few. Dixon led off the game with a triple to the gap, and made a couple nice running catches, he looks as though he has a pretty good skillset.

Lee was part of a nice glove flip to start a DP from SS, and there was several good defensive plays on the infield.

Dan Johnson (P) was throwing in the low 90's and was hitting his spots.
