Scores and Highlights from 4/24

Durham Bulls 5, Norfolk Tides 6 (11 innings)
Desmond Jennings was 3 for 6 with a double and 2 runs scored. Chris Carter was 3 for 5 with an RBI and a run scored. JJ Furmaniak drove home two runs while Leslie Anderson and Ray Olmedo knocked home one each. Rob Delaney pitched 2 scoreless innings.


Montgomery Biscuits 1, Mississippi Braves 4
Stephen Vogt drove home the only run of the game for the Biscuits. Tim Beckham and John Matulia had a double each for the only Biscuit extra base hits. Matt Moore struck out 6 in 5 innings but also gave up 2 homers to suffer his second loss of the season.

    I agree with the other Anonymous. Perhaps it's time for Sweeney to go back to Charlotte. I'm not sure who should fill in for him - Wrigley? Vogt? Sexton? Sheridan?
