Arizona Fall League Tim Beckham was 0 for 3 with a walk and a run scored. Tyler Bortnick was 2 for 4 with a double and a home run. Adam Liberatore pitched a scoreless inning allowing a hit while striking out 2 and walking 1.
One of my readers has pointed out that Rob Delaney is pitching for the Bravos de Margaritas in the Venezuelan League. I'm not sure of his status as a Ray. He was placed on waivers to make room for someone else (Dan Johnson/Matt Moore maybe?) on the 40-man in September, but I never heard anything else regarding his status. Unless he was claimed, he probably should be on the watch list.
As of now, I think you are correct Chris. If I remember, Delaney and Ekstrom were both waied around the same time, cleared, and accepted an assignment back to the minors (Durham). That's why I still have them with Durham. Once the minor league free agent filings come out they may file and sign elsewhere (or back with the Rays), but as of now I think they are Rays property.
